We’ve been working in Union City as a Bay Area video production business since 1984, helping major corporations like Hewlett Packard, Bechtel and Oracle get their message out. eImage produced video programs for State, County and City governments. We’ve worked with small businesses and start-ups. We’ve had a chance to work with subjects that span the human experience: high-tech, financial, medical, legal, educational, agricultural, spiritual, historical, political, and artistic. All to our customers’ complete satisfaction.

After decades in the business, eImage Video Productions has done a lot of everything, much of it right here in Union City: we’ve interviewed leaders of major corporations, shot videos of prominent politicians, explained the workings of sewage and water treatment plants, detailed the principles of new inventions. We’ve shown how to disassemble and assemble computer components, how to conduct employee reviews, how to test dairy cows for tuberculosis. Our videos have pumped up audiences for the start of a meeting and explained to immigrant populations that local mental health services are available. We’ve made videos for students who apply for financial aid as well as for school custodians trying to get rid of rats and cockroaches. One program explained the methodology of Buddhist prayer, another what awaits you in family court. It’s been a fascinating mix, reflecting Union City’s diversity.

Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production are the three basic phases of all our video production services. eImage handles them all for some of our Union City clients, while others take our services à la carte. For example, you or your content expert can write a script, we can collaborate on one, or we can write it for you. Many programs don’t need a script at all and that’s OK too. Need a video edited that somebody else shot? We can do that. Or do you want us to shoot something in Union City and send the raw footage to the editor? No problem!

In short, we offer the services of an expert videographer, a seasoned video editor, a talented video director, or an accomplished film producer in Union City and the San Francisco Bay Area. Find out more about the people behind eImage Video Productions on our About page.

A Bit About Union City

from Wikipedia

Union City is a city in the San Francisco Bay Area in Alameda County, California, United States, located approximately 19 miles south of Oakland, 30 miles from San Francisco, and 20 miles north of San Jose. Incorporated in 1959, combining the communities of Alvarado and Decoto, the city has 70,000 residents and a very diverse population. Alvarado is a California Historical Landmark (#503). The city celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2009. The city, along with the cities of Fremont and Newark, makes up the Tri-City Area to the south. The city of Hayward surrounds the city to the north. The city has a total area of 19 square miles (49 km2), all land with no bay frontage. The Niles Cone aquifer, managed by the Alameda County Water District, supplies much of the water consumed by Union City.

The first people in the area, living along Alameda Creek and Dry Creek, were called “Costanoans” (literally, “coastal peoples”) by early Spanish explorers and missionaries. Shell mounds along the sloughs of Alameda Creek near the Alvarado sugar mill were refuse dumps of the Costanoans and some contained burial sites. The first non-native community in what is now Union City was founded in 1850 by John and William Horner, also called “Union City,” after their Sacramento River Steamship, “The Union.” In 1854, it merged with the nearby community of New Haven (founded 1851) to form the town of Alvarado, named after the former Mexican governor, Juan Bautista Alvarado. Alvarado was the first county seat of Alameda County, a designation it soon lost in 1865 to San Leandro. Further east, the town of Decoto was founded in 1870 as a railroad hub, with the first Transcontinental Railroad running through it. Alvarado-Niles Road, one of the city’s largest streets, connects the historical Fremont district of Niles with the historical Union City district of Alvarado.
