Recruitment and Orientation Video Production
eImage does a lot of recruitment video production because video is an excellent way to recruit employees. It gives prospects insight into what you do and how you do it. Then, video can help integrate these new hires into your team by teaching them about your culture, product or service line, employee benefits and responsibilities, and a million other things.
Once you recruit new hires you need to train and orient them. Once again, video is a great way to do that.
We’ve done recruitment video production to recruit teachers to California. Another recruitment program attracted fresh law school graduates to HP’s legal department. Then our orientation video recapped the history and culture of HP’s legal department to bring new recruits up-to-speed. An altogether different orientation video production helped people navigate through the Juvenile Dependency Court process in San Francisco.
Promotional Video Production
But the fact is that the recruitment video production process is no different than making promotional video programs because both program types talk about what you do and how you do it. As a promotional video company we made a program that played at the celebration of the split between Hewlett Packard Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise; it promoted HP Inc. by showing the CEO’s vision, while paying homage to the company’s history. On another occasion our company made a promotional video to play in the visitors’ center of Peter Michael Winery in Calistoga. Yet another promotional video our company made explained a new government program for attaching RF ID tags onto cattle to track individual animals through ranches, auction yards and feedlots. More recently we made a video series for a fast-growing startup company that used the same footage in a promotional video as well as an employee recruitment program.
Advertising Video Production
Of course not every recruitment video production translates into a promotional video program. Television advertising is a prime example. For broadcast and theatrical distribution we have to adhere to strict technical specifications such as loudness of the soundtrack, inflexible time limits and even legal issues such as the ban on drinking alcohol in advertising. Luckily our company has experience with this as well. Our ads and Public Service Announcements have been broadcast, and played in movie theatres; we know how to adhere to the specs and law.
