We’ve been working in Menlo Park as a Bay Area video production business since 1984, helping major corporations like Hewlett Packard, Bechtel and Oracle get their message out. eImage produced video programs for State, County and City governments. We’ve worked with small businesses and start-ups. We’ve had a chance to work with subjects that span the human experience: high-tech, financial, medical, legal, educational, agricultural, spiritual, historical, political, and artistic. After decades in the business, eImage Video Productions has done a lot of everything, much of it right here in Menlo Park: we’ve interviewed leaders of major corporations, shot videos of prominent politicians, explained the workings of sewage and water treatment plants, detailed the principles of new inventions. We’ve shown how to disassemble and assemble computer components, how to conduct employee reviews, how to test dairy cows for tuberculosis. Our videos have pumped up audiences for the start of a meeting and explained to immigrant populations that local mental health services are available. We’ve made videos for students who apply for financial aid as well as for school custodians trying to get rid of rats and cockroaches. One program explained the methodology of Buddhist prayer, another what awaits you in family court. It’s been a fascinating mix, reflecting Menlo Park’s diversity.

Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production are the three basic phases of all our video production services. eImage handles them all for some of our Menlo Park clients, while others take our services à la carte. For example, you or your content expert can write a script, we can collaborate on one, or we can write it for you. Many programs don’t need a script at all and that’s OK too. Need a video edited that somebody else shot? We can do that. Or do you want us to shoot something in Menlo Park and send the raw footage to the editor? No problem!

In short, we offer the services of an expert videographer, a seasoned video editor, a talented video director, or an accomplished film producer in Menlo Park and the San Francisco Bay Area. Find out more about the people behind eImage Video Productions on our About page.

A Bit About Menlo Park

from Wikipedia

Menlo Park is a city at the eastern edge of San Mateo County within the San Francisco Bay Area of California in the United States. It is bordered by San Francisco Bay on the north and east; East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, and Stanford to the south; and Atherton, North Fair Oaks, and Redwood City to the west. It is one of the most educated cities in California and the United States; nearly 70% of residents over 25 have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher.[6] It had 33,780 residents at the 2020 United States Census.[5] It is home to the corporate headquarters of Meta, and is where Google and Round Table Pizza were founded.

The area of Menlo Park was inhabited by the Ohlone people when the Portolá expedition arrived in 1769. In 1795, the Rancho de las Pulgas land grant was made that included the area of the current city.

In 1863, the San Francisco and San Jose Rail Road had built the railroad from San Francisco to as far as Mayfield (now California Avenue station in Palo Alto) and started running trains to the area.[12] They named a nearby station “Menlo Park” after the sign.[7] The 1867 station building still stands on the platform of the current Caltrain station, used by the local Chamber of Commerce. It holds the record as the oldest, continually operating train station in California.[13] The town of Menlo Park grew up around this station, becoming a popular home for San Francisco businessmen.[7] A post office was established in 1870, and the city was incorporated in 1874 (it dissolved after two years, but later was permanently incorporated in 1927).[10][14] The original arch, which gave its name to the stations and ultimately, the city, survived until 1922, when the original arch was destroyed in an automobile accident.[7] The origin of the name of Menlo Park, California (circa 1850)[11] antedates any work done by Thomas Edison (circa 1876) in Menlo Park, New Jersey; Menlo Park, New Jersey, was named after Menlo Park, California.

Much of Menlo Park’s economy revolves around the companies on Sand Hill Road, consisting of venture capital, private equity, financial services, law firms, and other professional service companies and investment vehicles focusing on technology. Geron, Katerra, Robert Half International, Exponent, and SRI International are among the companies based in Menlo Park. Meta moved its headquarters to the former campus of Sun Microsystems in Menlo Park in December 2011.
