NUMECA International is a leading software developer and solution provider for fluid dynamics simulations, but in spite of its high-tech mission, the company wanted to introduce itself through a low-tech approach of hand-drawn images on a classic chalkboard. Lighting was a challenge because we wanted the chalkboard to be as pure black as possible in spite of the occasional erasure. Capturing the sequence of this complex drawing which is unique each time it is created was another challenge. We used two cameras, a lock-down wide shot and a mobile camera for close-ups.
